IMPORTANT INFORMATION - PLEASE READ:
Due to the rising numbers of Covid-19, we have made the decision to return to serving by appointment only.
IF YOU ARE NOT GOING TO KEEP YOUR APPOINTMENT - PLEASE DO NOT TAKE A TIME SLOT. THIS MEANS WE MISS AN OPPORTUNITY TO HELP SOMEONE ELSE.
Masks or face coverings are required. NO EXCEPTIONS
We WILL ask you to complete a Covid-19 Health Questionnaire. If you have been exposed or have a fever we will ask you to not participate.
No vouchers or coupons will be given to wash clothes at a different time.
We will operate on a WASH - DRY - GO policy. Please be prepared to wait in your car or outside while your clothes are being washed and dried. We also ask that you fold your clothes at home.
Only one person per family can come to the laundromat.
No children are allowed.
Laundry Love Volunteers cannot help you with your laundry.
You should bring only 2-3 baskets of laundry. Do not bring additional laundry because we need to ensure that washers are available for others who have an appointment time.
Your clothes need to be separated and ready to go directly into the washer. You cannot shake out dirty laundry inside the laundromat.
WE WILL PROVIDE:
- Coins - Up to $15 to wash and dry your clothing.
- Laundry Detergent & Dryer Sheets - both regular and hypoallergenic detergent will be available.
- New socks
- Snacks and bottled water
💚 PROCESS: WASH - DRY - GO (no folding).
💚 You will be required to wear a mask or face covering to participate.
NOTICE: PLEASE ARRIVE 5 MINUTES BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME AND CHECK IN AT THE REGISTRATION TABLE BEFORE BRINGING YOUR CLOTHES. YOU WILL BE INSTRUCTED AT THAT TIME WHEN TO COME IN WITH YOUR LAUNDRY.
ALSO - if you miss your appointment time, there is no guarantee that you will be able to receive our service.
We know this seems like a lot, but we are doing everything in our power to keep our Neighbors and our Volunteers safe. Thank you for understanding and for allowing us the grace to serve safely.
