Sox of Love, Inc. and Laundry Love Central Oklahoma have volunteer opportunities throughout the year.
Event Description: We love our Neighbors using the tools of clean laundry, new socks, a meal, free books, pet food and human interaction to show love. We partner with organizations, businesses, churches, book clubs, women's groups, fraternities, sororities, sports teams and groups of friends to help us love our Neighbors in very simple and tangible ways.
We provide quarters, detergent & dryer sheets for 3-5 loads of laundry or $10 per family.
In addition to the laundry service, Sox of Love, Inc. will be offering new socks, and we will provide a simple meal / snacks for those who attend.
VOLUNTEER INFORMATION, RESPONSIBILITIES, AND REQUIREMENTS:
Anticipated Timeline (total time commitment is 3.5 hours )
Responsibilities (Volunteers will be assigned to one or more of the following tasks on the day of the event):

- Laundry Love - actually loving our guests through the process.
- Sock Distributor
- Food Server
- Pet Food Distributor
- Baby Holder / Toddler Entertainer :)
Requirements
- Volunteer Sign-in / Waiver
- Must be age 18 or older
- Ability to stand for duration of event
- Pink Shirt, Jeans & Closed-toe shoes
